Biomax® Magnesium Complex is a highly absorbable and bioavailable magnesium supplement, containing both magnesium citrate (known to be more readily absorbed than some other forms of magnesium) and liposomal magnesium (which provides sustained time release). Biomax® Magnesium Complex also contains prebiotic fibre to optimize gut health while the liposomal delivery mechanism is enriched with phosphatidylcholine for brain and liver support.

Direction and Dosage: Consume 1 sachet per day or as directed by your healthcare professional. 1 sachet to be mixed with a minimum of 250 ml of water or juice. Feel free to add to a smoothie or nutrition shake.
