What are my delivery options?

At the moment we only deliver to the following cities and towns in South Africa:

  • Nelspruit/Mbombela
  • White River

Delivery to other cities and towns in South Africa start 1 June 2018.

When will my order be delivered?

Local orders to Nelspruit and White River ordered Monday to Thursday:

  • Placed before 12:00 - same day delivery
  • Placed after 12:00 - next day delivery

Local orders to Nelspruit and White River ordered Friday:

  • Placed before 12:00 - same day delivery
  • Placed after 12:00 - Monday morning delivery

Local orders to Nelspruit and White River ordered Saturday and Sunday:

  • Monday morning delivery

My order has not arrived when expected?

Can I cancel my order/How do I cancel my order?

Can I collect from order from my nearest Mopani store?

Not yet. We are planning to intrduce this service soon.

What happens if items/products are missing from my delivered order but listed on my invoice?

This should never happen. Please contact us immediately and we will rectify this.

Will there be stock of the items that I have ordered?

Yes. We only sell products online that we have stock of/are available. On the rare occasions were we do not have stock of a product that your ordered we will contact you on the contact details provided and let you know if the product is not available and when we will be able to fulfil your order.

Can I order online if I do not live in South Africa?

Yes. You can order online from anywhere in the world, but we only deliver to select areas and addresses within South Africa at the moment.

When will I be charged for my order?

When your order is placed, the total amount of the order will be reserved from the account you used. This amount will only be deducted from your account when the order has been processed. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and again when your order has been processed.

How do I know if my order has been successfully placed or not?

When an online order has been successfully placed and received by our system you will see a confirmation page. A confirmation email will also be sent to the email address you provided and will include details of your order. This confirmation indicates that your order has been recieved. If you cannot find this confirmation email, check your spam or junk mail folders. Contact us if you have any queries about your order.
