PregOmega 30-Day Pack is formulated with essential vitamins, minerals, folic acid and omega 3 fish oils to provide trying, pregnant and new moms with all the additional nutrients they need to maintain health and well-being.

Direction and Dosage: Take one multivitamin and mineral tablet (purple), one calcium tablet (yellow) and one omega-3 soft gel capsule (clear yellow capsule) daily with food, or as directed by your healthcare provider. The daily dosage can be taken all at once, or incrementally throughout the day. The dosage remains the same for multiple (twins, triplets, etc) pregnancies.

Storage instructions: Store below 25 degrees C and away from direct sunlight.
