Direction and Dosage:
Adults: Mix one heaped scoop (34 g) with 250 ml to 300 ml of cold water or milk depending on personal preference.
Adolescents: For 10-17 years: mix two thirds of a scoop (22 g) with 160ml to ml to 200ml of cold-water or milk depending on personal preference.
