This is Grade A dark coloured Maple Syrup (formerly Grade B) - distilled from the sap of organic sugar maple trees, seasonally, in springtime. It takes 40 gallons of pure sap for NOW Foods to make one gallon of pure syrup, which is verified GMO-free. Enjoy the rich, robust flavour of this vegan-friendly maple syrup with coffee, tea, ice cream, yoghurt, oatmeal, porridge, salads, bacon and blend into your other recipes.
