Welcome to the Wellness Zone; we are geared and ready to help you along your journey to a healthy lifestyle!
You can make use of our facility to get a full screening of your blood pressure, glucose, cholesterol and overall fitness. These assessments can also be done in accordance with your Multiply & Vitality point system!
Our full screening process is overseen by an expert Biokineticist, Van Zyl Wait. Once you have booked your appointment on 083 628 8824, you can find the wellness zone by heading straight to and through the DryBar, and follow the stairs.
About the DryBar
We are stepping up on our beauty offering and services: Get a professional hair treatment, blow-out or styling done – No muss or fuss, colour or cuts – just wash, blow, style and go!
Other services include treatments and Brazilian blow-outs.

Breast Cancer Screening
In light of Breast Cancer awareness month, we would like to introduce one of our breast cancer screening options: The Breast Light!
The Breast light device provides you with a unique opportunity to have an inner view of your breasts. The Breast light works by shining a bright red light through the breast tissue. The light passes through the breast tissue and reveals dark areas where blood is present. The device will pick up the normal pattern of your veins but can also detect darker clusters, which could indicate potential abnormalities that require a proper check-up conducted by your doctor.
A Breast light examination is not a replacement for mammograms but rather a device to assist in the early detection of breast abnormalities.
