BRIDGE is our pantry staple protein. It’s a versatile protein blend that works well on its own, mixed with water or milk, or in baked goods and high protein recipes. It is a premium blend of two branded proteins from the world’s leading whey producer: Whey protein concentrate and heat stable whey protein hydrolysate.
Our whey protein concentrate is 82.5% protein and is derived from fresh, sweet dairy whey processed by a proprietary cross-flow filtration, agglomeration and surface treatment resulting in a premium luscious protein with an excellent amino acid profile and low lactose content. The Rolls-Royce of proteins, our whey protein hydrolysate is heat stable, highly digestible and 82% protein. It is derived from fresh, sweet dairy whey processed by a proprietary cross-flow filtration process. The concentrate is then enzymatically hydrolysed to produce a mixture of peptides and free form amino acids for enhanced functional and nutritional benefits
Apart from whey protein concentrate and whey protein hydrolysate, the only other ingredients added to our protein blend are flavours, xanthan gum, sucralose, our METALAB digestive enzyme blend as well as the patented ingredient AstraGin®.
