Click and Collect Orders
What is Click & Collect?
Click & Collect gives you the option to order and pay for your products online and collect your order from the Mopani Pharmacy store at Crossing Centre in Nelspruit. Click & Collect orders cannot be collected from any other Mopani branch or be shipped.
Due to an influx of orders pertaining to the COVID-19 pandemic all Click & Collect orders require a 48-hour notice period. Click & Collect orders made on a:
- Monday will only be ready for collection on Wednesday
- Tuesday Click & Collect orders will be available for collection on Thursday
- Wednesday Click & Collect orders will be available for collection on Friday
- Thursday Click & Collect orders will be available for collection on Saturday
- Friday Click & Collect orders will be available for collection on Monday
- Saturday Click & Collect orders will be available for collection on Monday
How does Click & Collect work?
- Choose your Products.
- Checkout.
- Select Store Pickup.
- Select the date and time you want to collect your order.
- Complete your checkout and pay for your order.
You will receive an Order Confirmation immediately via email.
Collect In-store (Store Pickup ) Orders can only be collected from Mopani Pharmacy at the Crossing Centre.
Collect In Store (Click & Collect) is free of charge, you only pay for the items you order.
Important information
Always bring your Order Confirmation when collecting.
