Mopani is a trusted health, wellness, and lifestyle retailer in South Africa. We offer a wide range of products, including medication, vitamins, supplements, beauty items, baby essentials, and more. Our mission is to provide the highest quality service and personalised care to every customer.

1.2 Where is Mopani located?
We are based in Mpumalanga, South Africa, with three physical stores in Nelspruit (Crossings, Steiltes, Ilanga) and one in White River. Our warehouse is also located in Nelspruit. We deliver nationwide with reliable courier services.

1.3 What products does Mopani sell?
We stock a diverse range of health, wellness, beauty, and lifestyle products. This includes prescription medication, over-the-counter treatments, supplements, skin care, personal care, baby products, sports nutrition, and more. We continuously expand our catalogue to cater to our customers’ needs.

1.4 Do you offer medical advice online?
Our website provides general health information and guidance. For specific medical concerns, we recommend consulting a qualified healthcare professional or contacting one of our pharmacists in store.

2.1 How do I place an order or shop online (including first-time users)?
1. Browse our website and select the products you wish to purchase.

2. Click ‘Add to Cart’.

3. Review your cart, then select ‘Checkout’.

4. Enter your delivery and billing details, and proceed to payment.

5. Confirm your order, and you will receive an order confirmation email.

2.2 What payment methods do you accept?
• Credit and debit cards (e.g., Visa, Mastercard)

• Instant EFT (via PayFast or PayGate)

• Payflex (buy now, pay later in 4 interest-free instalments)

• Other secure payment solutions that may be offered at checkout

2.3 Do you offer payment plans or options?
Yes. We offer Payflex as a payment solution for both online and in-store purchases, allowing you to split your purchase into four interest-free payments over six weeks.

2.4 Can I pay via EFT?
Yes. You can select Instant EFT through PayFast or PayGate at checkout. These are widely used, secure payment portals.

2.5 How do I pay with Capitec?
Capitec now offers Capitec Pay (replacing SiD EFT). To use it:

• Select ‘Scan to Pay’ at checkout

• Choose Capitec

• Scan the QR code

• Pay via your Capitec app

You can also pay by card at checkout.

2.6 Is my payment information secure?
Yes. We use secure payment gateways with industry-standard encryption to protect your personal and financial information.

2.7 Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Once the order is shipped, cancellations or changes may not be possible. You would then follow our returns process (see section 4).

3.2 Local delivery fee
For selected areas only: Nelspruit, White River, Barberton, Burgersfort, Hazyview, Karino, Kierpersol, Komatipoort, Lydenburg, Malelane, Schoemansdal, Steelpoort, and Tonga.

• R20 local delivery if your order is below R600.

• If you are within this radius and your order is over R600 (and not classed as an outlying area), shipping is free.

3.4 Can I collect my order in store?
Collection is ONLY available at our Nelspruit and White River stores. All other orders within South Africa are handled by our courier partner.

3.5 My order is delayed or not delivered. Can I track it?

3.6 Shipping to Mozambique?
Mopani does not currently ship internationally. However, you can arrange a courier service such as:

These couriers can collect your order from one of our Nelspruit stores. Payment for your Mopani order is made on mopani.co.za, and the courier fee is paid directly to the courier.

If you have a prescription, email it to whatsapp@mopani.co.za Once dispensed, the items must be collected by your chosen courier or yourself.

4.1 What is your returns policy?
• We generally accept returns within a specified period (e.g., 7 or 30 days) from the date of delivery.

• Products must be in their original packaging, unused, and in resalable condition.

• Sale items or clearance items may have special conditions, as indicated on our Returns & Exchanges page: Returns & Exchanges

• Certain items (e.g., perishable goods, medication, personal care) may be non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons.

4.2 How do I return or exchange an item?
• Normal Products: Accepted within 7–14 days if unused and in resalable condition.

• Sale Items: May have reduced or non-eligible returns depending on sale terms.

To initiate a return or exchange:

1. Contact our Customer Support team ( online@mopani.co.za / 013 755 5533).

2. We will advise you on the steps, including a returns form or reference number.

3. Package the item securely in its original packaging.

4. Send the parcel back using the instructed return method or courier.

4.3 How will I be refunded?
Refunds are processed via the original payment method used, or via online store credit for your next purchase. Please allow up to 10 working days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider. Should you have used a credit card the refund may also take longer.

5.1 Mopani Rewards (In-Store Only)

5.1.1 How does the Mopani Rewards Card work?

Our Mopani Rewards Card is only available for in-store sign-up at one of our stores (Crossings, Steiltes, Ilanga, White River). Points and rewards from the card are only valid for in-store purchases.

5.1.2 Can I use Mopani Rewards Points online?

No. Points earned on the in-store loyalty card cannot be applied to online transactions.

5.2 Online Promotions & Vouchers

5.2.1 Are online vouchers valid in-store?

No. Online vouchers are exclusive to our online store and cannot be used in-store. Likewise, in-store vouchers are not valid online.

5.2.2 How do I redeem a promotional code or voucher online?

1. Enter the code in the ‘Discount code or gift card’ box during checkout. Codes are case-sensitive.

2. Click ‘Apply’, and the discount will show in your order summary.

5.2.3 Online Store Credit and Vouchers

If we issue online store credit:

• How to Use Your Online Store Credit:

1. Log into your account on mopani.co.za.

2. At checkout, you’ll see an option to ‘Apply store credit’ above the payment methods (Payfast, PayGate, Payflex, etc.).

3. Check that box to apply your credit—it will automatically deduct from your cart total.

4. Choose any remaining payment method to complete your purchase.

• Online Store Credit Expiration: Valid for one year from date of issue (only applies to store credit issued when we do not have the items you purchased; excludes discount vouchers loaded to your account).

6.1 What if a product is out of stock online?
If a product is marked as out of stock, you can opt to receive a notification by entering your email on the product page. We’ll notify you once it’s available. Alternatively, email to see if we can source it.

6.2 Are prices the same in Mopani stores and Mopani online?
We generally align pricing across Mopani physical stores and Mopani online. However, we occasionally run in-store-only or online-only promotions, which can cause price differences. Mopani is part of the Arrie Nel Pharmacy Group but operates separately regarding pricing and promotions; thus, our prices may differ from Arrie Nel pharmacies.

6.3 Can I request or recommend a product not currently stocked?
Yes. We value customer feedback. We can only order an item if we have an account with that product’s supplier. If so, we’ll send a payment link beforehand to secure stock. Once payment is received, we’ll place the order.

6.4 Stanley & Lizzard Engravings
We offer engraving services for Stanley and Lizzard products. Please email online@mopani.co.za for assistance and pricing. We’ll send a payment link before placing the order; once paid, we’ll proceed with engraving.

7.1 How do I create an online account?

• Desktop: Click on ‘Login/Signup / My Account’ in the right top next to the search bar.

• Mobile: Click on the icon in the top right corner.

2. Enter your email and we'll send you a login code.

3. Enter a 6-digit code sent to your email.

4. You can then log in and begin shopping.

7.2 What if I forget my password or need help logging in?
We use a passwordless login system. Enter your email; a 6-digit code is emailed to you. Enter this code to access your account. If you need help, email online@mopani.co.za

7.3 How do I update my personal details or address?

• Desktop: Click the account holder initials (top right), select ‘Profile’.

• Mobile: Tap the dropdown (top left), select ‘Profile’. Update your details and save.

7.4 How do I view my order history?

• Desktop: Click the account holder initials (top right), select ‘Orders’.

• Mobile: Tap the dropdown (top left), select ‘Orders’.

8.1 Do you offer clinic services in store?
Yes. We have clinics in our Nelspruit (Crossings, Steiltes, Ilanga) and White River stores. Visit our: Wellness Clinics or call 013 755 5500.

8.2 Can I consult a pharmacist or nutritionist in store?
Yes. Our pharmacists are available for medication advice, and some stores have nutritionists. For more info, Contact Us

8.3 Do you offer vaccinations in store?
Yes, subject to availability/regulations. Contact clinic@mopani.co.za or call 013 755 5500 for schedules.

8.4 How do I request prescriptions or handle higher-schedule medications?

• Email meds@mopani.co.za or WhatsApp +27 66 192 1703 for prescription help.

• Schedule 5 & 6 items need a physical script at one of our dispensaries.

8.5 Can I send a prescription from Mozambique?
Yes. Email it to whatsapp@mopani.co.za . Once dispensed, items must be collected in store or via your courier.

8.6 Medical aid claims for prescriptions
Email meds@mopani.co.za or WhatsApp +27 66 192 1703 to confirm if your script can be claimed.

8.7 After-Hours & Emergency Medicine

8.11 IV Drips

We offer various IV drips for specific needs:

• Skin Glow Plus (R1595): Replenishes hair, skin, and nails; reduces signs of ageing; tightens and brightens skin.

• Skin Glow (R975): Similar to above, but at a lower dose.

• Virility (R650): Enhances virility, modulates serotonin synthesis.

• Detox (R670): Reduces brain fog, enhances lymph drainage, provides antioxidant effects.

• Energy/Brain Boost (R595): Reduces fatigue, improves energy levels, increases mental focus.

• Metabolism Boost (R795): Supports weight loss, accelerates metabolism, enhances fat burning.

• Sports Recovery (R595): Accelerates recovery, improves performance, increases muscle strength.
