Do we deliver to Mozambique?

We deliver to a central location in Komatipoort from where our Mozambique customers can collect their online orders.

All Mozambique - Komatipoort Pick-up orders are R100.

Can I collect my order from my nearest Mopani store?

You can collect your Click & Collect order from Mopani Pharmacy at the Crossing Centre in Nelspruit.

What if products listed on my invoice are missing from my order after it was delivered?

This should never happen. Please contact us immediately at or on 013 755 5500 and we will rectify this.

Will there be stock of the items that I have ordered?

Yes. We only sell products online that we have stock of/are available. On the rare occasions were we do not have stock of a product that your ordered we will contact you on the contact details provided and let you know if the product is not available and when we will be able to fulfil your order.

Can I order online if I do not live in South Africa?

Yes. You can order online from anywhere in the world, but we only deliver to select areas and addresses within South Africa.

When will I be charged for my order?

When your order is placed, the total amount of the order will be reserved from the account you used. This amount will only be deducted from your account when the order has been processed. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and again when your order has been processed.

How do I know if my order was placed successfully?

When an online order has been successfully placed and received by our system you will see a confirmation page. A confirmation email will also be sent to the email address you provided and will include details of your order. This confirmation indicates that your order has been received. If you cannot find this confirmation email, check your spam or junk mail folders. Contact us if you have any queries about your order.
