Do we deliver to Mozambique?

We unfortunately don't deliver to Mozambique but are more than willing to prepare any orders placed to be kept safely in-store until you are able to collect your goods. This also secures your stock and ensures you don't miss out on any savings! 

How long will my order take to arrive?

Online orders will be delivered within 7 working days from the time the order was placed.

What can I do when my order has not arrived as expected?

Please contact us at online@mopani.co.za and we will investigate. Please include your order number with your email.

Can I cancel my order/How do I cancel my order?

Let us help you with this. Please contact us on online@mopani.co.za. Remember to include your order number in your email.

Can I collect my order from my nearest Mopani store?

You can collect your Store-Pickup order from Mopani Pharmacy at Crossing Centre in Nelspruit.

What if products listed on my invoice are missing from my order after it was delivered?

This should never happen. Please contact us immediately at online@mopani.co.za or on 013 755 5548 and we will rectify this.

Will there be stock of the items that I have ordered?

Yes. We only sell products online that we have stock of/are available. On the rare occasions where we do not have stock of a product that you've ordered we will contact you on the contact details provided and let you know if the product is not available and when we'll be able to fulfill your order.

Can I order online if I do not live in South Africa?

Yes. You can order online from anywhere in the world, but we only deliver to selected areas and addresses within South Africa.

When will I be charged for my order?

When your order is placed, the total amount of the order will be reserved from the account you used. This amount will only be deducted from your account when the order has been processed. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and again when your order has been processed.

How do I know if my order was placed successfully?

When an online order has been successfully placed and received by our system you will see a confirmation page. A confirmation email will also be sent to the email address you provided and will include details of your order. This confirmation indicates that your order has been received. If you cannot find this confirmation email, check your promotion, spam or junk mail folders. Contact us if you have any queries about your order.

What can I order online?

You can order from the full range of products available on our online store.

Can I order script medication online?

Unfortunately not but you are welcome to send through your script issued by a registered South African doctor to meds@mopani.co.za and we can deliver it for you to anywhere in South Africa, once prepared and paid for.

How do I pay for script medication?

You will be contacted by our deliveries team via deliveries@mopani.co.za who'll provide you with our banking details and further information. Once paid, your medication will be dispatched.

Where are your stores based?

Our four branches are situated in Nelspruit and White River in the Mpumalanga province.

Do I need to book an appointment to visit your clinic?

No need to make an appointment, you can just pop in. Our clinics are open Monday to Friday from 08h00 - 17h00, and Saturdays from 09h00 - 13h00.

Do I need to make an appointment to visit your Baby Clinic?

There is no need to make a prior appointment to visit the Baby Clinic for our basic service offerings, however, if you wish to book an advanced service such as Ante-/Postnatal Classes, home births or a 4D Baby Scan, please contact the Baby Clinic at 013 755 5500 or babyclinic@mopani.co.za to book an appointment or for any further information.

Do you accommodate bulk orders for businesses?

Yes, we do! Please contact Tammy in our Business Direct department on 013 755 5500 or email us on b2b@mopani.co.za.
