Are my credit card/debit card details safe?

Yes. We use the highest standard of encryption when passing your information between your computer and our website. All card details used on our website are handled according to international best-practise standards and key data is removed and encrypted. We also do not store or retain any PIN or CVV numbers used for authentication of your card.

How can I pay?

You can pay for your order with any Visa or Mastercard credit card and a selection of Visa and Mastercard Cheque and Debit cards. Unfortunately we do not accept American Express, Diners Club or payment on delivery. 

Can I pay with my Mopani Account?

For online orders we only accept payments with credit cards and selected debit cards. If you would like to purchase an item on your Mopani account, please contact our telesales team on (013) 755 5500.

Can I pay in a foreign currency with my Credit/Cheque/Debit card?

Yes. Our payment processor will accept a non South African credit card, as long as it is a VISA or Mastercard. You will be billed automatically in your credit card statement with the equivalent value in your currency.

Can I pay on delivery?

No, we are only able to accept payment via our website.

Can I use eBucks or PayPal to shop on the Mopani Pharmacy website?

Not at the moment. When new payment methods are released/available we will let you know.
