Coyne Healthcare Bio Curcumin Advanced Capsules provide a potent and synergistic combination of Bio-Curcumin, a highly bioavailable curcumin extract along with a standardized Boswellia serrata extract. Direction and Dosage: Adults: For the first 3 days, take 2 capsules twice daily with food. Thereafter, take 1 to 2 capsules twice daily with food depending on individual needs and responses to treatment. Users should not exceed the maximum daily dose of 4 capsules

(turmeric) 250 mg [rhizome, BCM-95™ 25:1 extract standardized to contain 95% total curcuminoid complex and providing 6.25 g of dried herb equivalent]; Boswellia serrata Roxb. ex Colebr. 250 mg [gum resin, AKBAMAX® 10:1 extract standardized to contain 45% boswellic acids of which 10% is AKBA and providing 2.5 g of dried herb equivalent]. Mixed turmeric curcuminoids sourced from Curcuma longa (rhizome).
