Direction and Dosage:
Shake it up: Mix 2 scoops with 250ml water or milk. Take Nutritech Slow Release Casein before bed and/or before meals when slow digesting protein is required
Decadent dessert: Mix 3 scoops with 150ml to 200ml water or milk
