Vitamin A is a fat-soluble vitamin. Vitamin A plays a role in vision, growth and bone development, reproduction, cell growth, immune function, and in the integrity of membrane surfaces.

Dosage and Directions: Adults and children over 9 years of age: Take 1 tablet daily with or after meals.

Each tablet contains: Vitamin A 5 000 IU.

Inactive ingredients: Magnesium stearate, sodium starch glycollate, microcrystalline cellulose and silicon dioxide.
