Description
High Fructose Gel provides 55g of carbohydrates and 250mg of sodium per gel, derived from maltodextrin and fructose in a 10:8 ratio. This "multitransportable carbohydrate" based formula has been shown in studies to be the only way to increase the assimilation and oxidation rate of exogenous carbohydrates to over 60 g/hour during prolonged exercise using carbohydrates that are absorbed in the gut via multiple transporters.

Dosage and Directions:
- For Banana, Strawberry, Speculoos & Lemon: Consume a maximum of 2 units every 60 minutes during training with approx. 300 ml of water.
- For Cola & Cherry: Consume a maximum of 1 unit every 60 minutes during training with approx. 300 ml of water
