Dosage and Directions:  For Constipation: Start with 1 tablespoon daily, soaked in 60ml of water or milk for 2–5 minutes. Add to your favourite breakfast or smoothie. Gradually increase to 2 tablespoons.

For General Gut Well-being: Start with 1 tablespoon daily, sprinkled over cereal, fruit, yoghurt or salads. Gradually increase to 2 tablespoons.
