Direction and Dosage: The usual dose is: Non-specific daytime cramps: Take one effervescent tablet after breakfast; dissolve tablet in 250 ml water and drink once effervescence has stopped. Non-specific nighttime cramps: Take one effervescent tablet after dinner; dissolve tablet in 250 ml water and drink once effervescence has stopped.

Storage instructions:
