Direction and Dosage: For a standard serving of 230ml, combine 6 scoops (approximately 58.7g) of powder with 190mL of water.
Storage instructions: Store unopened can at normal room temperature. Opened can should be covered and stored in a cool, dry place, but not refrigerated. Once opened, use contents within 3 weeks. Reconstituted Ensure should be used promptly or covered, refrigerated and used within 24 hours.
