Ingredients:

Leucine:
Leucine is an essential amino acid, which means it must be obtained through diet or supplementation because the body cannot produce it on its own. It plays a crucial role in protein synthesis, promoting muscle growth, and regulating blood sugar levels. Leucine is often found in foods like meat, dairy products, and legumes.

Isoleucine (Iso-leucine):
Isoleucine is another essential amino acid important for protein synthesis and energy production in the body. It is particularly vital for endurance athletes and those engaging in intense physical activities. Dietary sources of isoleucine include poultry, eggs, fish, and certain seeds and nuts.

Valine:
Valine, like leucine and isoleucine, is an essential amino acid that contributes to muscle repair, growth, and overall protein metabolism. It also plays a role in maintaining nitrogen balance in the body. Valine can be found in foods like meat, dairy, grains, and soy products.

Glycine:
Glycine is a non-essential amino acid, meaning the body can produce it on its own. It serves various functions in the body, including helping to form collagen, a crucial protein for skin, tendons, and bones. Glycine also plays a role in neurotransmission and the synthesis of DNA, RNA, and other important molecules. It is present in foods such as meat, fish, dairy products, and legumes.
