Good Health Deep Sleep is a unique formulation of 5HTP and herbs that work together to encourage relaxation and support sleep. Deep Sleep contains a plant derived extract of 5HTP providing the precursor to serotonin production in the body, one of the body’s natural sleep supports. Deep Sleep can help support sleep naturally, with added magnesium and vitamin B6 for sleep and mood support.

Dosage and Directions: Start with 1 capsule and work your way up to 3 capsules if necessary. May take anywhere from 1 day to 2 weeks to start working.
