Collect In Store (Click & Collect) is free of charge, you only pay for the items you order.

We accept all South African debit & credit cards and cash in store.

When will my order be delivered?

Local orders to Nelspruit and White River ordered Monday to Thursday:

  • Placed before 12:00 - same day delivery
  • Placed after 12:00 - next day delivery

Local orders to Nelspruit and White River ordered Friday:

  • Placed before 12:00 - same day delivery
  • Placed after 12:00 - Monday morning delivery

Local orders to Nelspruit and White River ordered Saturday and Sunday:

  • Monday morning delivery

Our delivery times for the rest of South Africa are within 3 working days for main city centres and within 5 working days for outlying areas. Orders are delivered to you during office hours, Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm. Mopani Pharmacy wants to deliver all our orders on time, however, things happen and so we are unable to guarantee that all orders will be delivered within the stipulated time frame.

Can I collect MY order from my nearest Mopani store?

You can collect your Click & Collect order from Mopani Pharmacy at the Crossing Centre in Nelspruit.

What happens if items/products are missing from my delivered order but listed on my invoice?

This should never happen. Please contact us immediately and we will rectify this.

Will there be stock of the items that I have ordered?

Yes. We only sell products online that we have stock of/are available. On the rare occasions were we do not have stock of a product that your ordered we will contact you on the contact details provided and let you know if the product is not available and when we will be able to fulfil your order.

Can I order online if I do not live in South Africa?

Yes. You can order online from anywhere in the world, but we only deliver to select areas and addresses within South Africa and to a central location in Maputo, Mozambique.

When will I be charged for my order?

When your order is placed, the total amount of the order will be reserved from the account you used. This amount will only be deducted from your account when the order has been processed. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and again when your order has been processed.

How do I know if my order has been successfully placed or not?

When an online order has been successfully placed and received by our system you will see a confirmation page. A confirmation email will also be sent to the email address you provided and will include details of your order. This confirmation indicates that your order has been recieved. If you cannot find this confirmation email, check your spam or junk mail folders. Contact us if you have any queries about your order.

Are my Credit Card/Cheque Card details safe?

Yes. We use the highest standard of encryption whe passing your information between your computer and our website. All card details used on our website are handled accrding to international best-practise standards and key data is removed and encrypted. We also do not store or retain any PIN or CVV numbers used for authentication of your card.

How can I pay?

You can pay for your online order with any Visa or Mastercard credit card and a selection of Visa and Mastercard Cheque cards. Unfortunately we do no accept American Express, Diners Club or payment on delivery.

Can I pay with my Mopani Account?

For online orders we only accept payments with credit cards and selected debit cards. If you would like to purchase an item on your Mopani account, please contact our telesales team on (013) 755 5500

Can I pay in a foreign currency with my Credit Card/Cheque Card?

Yes. Our payment processor will accept a non South African credit card, as long as it is a VISA or Mastercard. You will be billed automatically in your credit card statement with the equivalent value in your currency.

Can I pay cash or cheques on delivery?

No, we are only able to accept card payment via our website. You can use the following cards: Visa and Mastercard.

Can I use eBucks or PayPal to shop on the Mopani Pharmacy website?

Not at the moment. When new payment methods are release/available we will let you know.

What areas do we deliver to?

We deliver to all major areas, cities and towns in South Africa as well as to a central location in Maputo, Mozambique.

What does delivery cost?

Delivery is free to the following areas:

  • Nelspruit
  • White River

Delivery to all other areas, cities and towns in South Africa is R150 per order for orders below R750 and Free for Orders R750 or more.

Delivery to a central location in Maputo, Mozambique is R100 per order.

Is there a minimum order for delivery?

No, there is no minimum order for delivery.

What is our refund policy?

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at .

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
