Dosage and Directions: 

Adults and children over 2 years:
Take one tablet every 15 minutes for one hour and then hourly for the first day.
Then take one tablet three times a day. Discontinue once you feel better.

Chew or dissolve in your mouth.
Tablets may be crushed.

Ingredients: 

Phosphoricum acidum 30C, Pulsatilla pratensis 30C, Natrum muriaticum 30C, Ignatia amara 30C, Flower essences (Autumn gentian, English walnut, Honeysuckle, Star-of-Bethlehem and Gorse) 5X per tablet
