Direction and Dosage: Mix one serving (17 g) with 450 ml to 500 ml of cold water in a shaker. This product is best consumed either before or during training, as a post workout recovery drink, or as a recovery thirst quencher any time of day. It is suggested that amino acids be used within 90 minutes of exercise to be effective.
