Nativa Complex® Calm Plus assists the body in supporting relaxation, resistance to stress and brain function. The product contains L-theanine, bacopa and reishi extract which are known to help support a calm mood and cognitive health.

Direction and Dosage: Please read the patient information leaflet before using this medicine. Do not exceed the daily dose. Adults 18 years and older: Take two (2) capsules daily, with a glass of water, after a meal. Two capsules can be taken as a single dose or take one capsule twice daily.
Ingredients: Active Ingredients: Matricaria Chamomilla (Chamomile) [Flower, Extract 4:1], L-Theanine. The Other Ingredients Or Excipients Are: Gelatine Capsule (Bovine), Magnesium Stearate, Microcrystalline Cellulose, Silicone Dioxide.
Storage instructions: Store at or below 25 degrees C. Protect from light and moisture. Store all medicines out of reach of children.
