Nativa Complex Multi-Defence 60 Tablets contains a combination of high dose, easily absorbed antioxidants, which can help safeguard and support immune resistance against contagious pathogens and infections including 1000mg Buffered vitamin-C, 1000IU Vitamin D3, 25mg chelated Zinc, 50µg chelated Selenium.

Directions and Dosage: Please read the patient information leaflet before using this medicine. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage. Adults: Take one (1) to two (2) tablets per day, after a meal, with a glass of water.
