Dosage and Direction: Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage. Adults 18 years and older: Take one to two capsules per day, after a meal, with a glass of water.
Storage instructions: Store between 16 - 24 degrees C. Store away from moisture and direct sunlight.
Warnings: Do not use in patients with familial lipoprotein lipase deficiency, as fish oil may contribute to chylomicron levels. Do not use when known hypersensitivity or allergy exists towards fish oil or any of the ingredients. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage. People using anticoagulant- or anti-platelet medication, such as Warfarin, should use this product with caution due to the blood thinning properties of fish oil. Do not use after date of expiry.
